# Plan Cancellation

If you no longer wish to use a paid plan in EmailLabs, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps:

* Send an email to [sales@emaillabs.io,](mailto:sales@emaillabs.io) informing us about your decision to cancel the subscription.
* According to the terms of the agreement, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the calendar month following the month in which the termination notice was received, after the one-month notice period.
* After this period, your account will be automatically switched to the free Startup plan.
