Open Tracking

The Open tracking option allows you to monitor which recipients opened your email. To enable this functionality, select the “Turned on” option in the settings section of the Open tracking app.

It will allow you to track which of your messages were opened precisely, thus better understanding the recipients’ reaction to your communication.

If you want EmailLabs to support the links in your messages being protected by an SSL certificate, turn on the “Use SSL” option and click the “Save” button.
