# Managing Archived Contacts

Each contact has a checkbox for selecting an individual or group of contacts. Once contacts are selected, the following action buttons are activated:

#### Delete

* Permanently deletes the selected contacts from the database.

Note: Data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

#### Restore

* Restores the selected contacts to the active contact database, allowing them to be reused in campaigns.

### Additional Features in the Archive

In the top-right corner of the section, additional action buttons are available:

#### Export

* Allows you to download archived contact data in a file format for further analysis.

#### Delete All

* Permanently deletes all contacts from the archive.

#### Restore All

* Restores all contacts from the archive to the active database.
