Report Goal: This is a key diagnostic tool for monitoring dispatch problems. This report analyzes the dynamics and types of bounces (undelivered messages), grouping them into three main categories to quickly identify the general nature of the issue.
Date range: Allows selecting the analysis period.
SMTP Accounts
Recipient domains
Sender: Filter by Sender Domains or Sender Addresses.

BOUNCED Tile: Indicates the total number of bounces along with the percentage indicator compared to the previous period.
Pie Chart: Breaks down bounces by percentage into three categories. Hovering over it displays detailed data (type and count).
Line Chart: Presents the trends for each of the three bounce categories over time (hourly, daily, monthly). Hovering over the chart displays a detailed breakdown of softbounce, hardbounce, and spambounce counts at that point in time.

Hardbounce: A permanent delivery error (e.g., the email address does not exist, the domain is incorrect).
Softbounce: A temporary delivery problem (e.g., the recipient's mailbox is full).
Spambounce: The message was rejected by the recipient's server as spam or blocked by an anti-spam policy.
