# Email Template Configuration

To configure a Message Template, follow these steps:

1. Click the ‘+’ button on the right side to add a new template.
2. Fill in the required fields:\
   • **HTML Version:** Enter the template in HTML format, including tags that allow for dynamic content replacement.

   **• Name:** Assign a unique name to the template for easy identification.

   • **SMTP Account**: Select the SMTP account from which the messages will be sent.

   **• Description:** Provide a brief description to specify the purpose or content of the template.

   • **Text Version:** Add an alternative version of the template in plain text format (without HTML), ensuring compatibility for email clients that do not support HTML.\
   • **HTML Version:** Enter the template in HTML format, including tags that allow for dynamic content replacement.
3.  After entering all the information, click ‘Save’ to add the template to the server.
