After enabling the Footer function, add the prepared footer content in the selected formats:

* **HTML Version:** Allows you to add a footer in HTML format, enabling the use of HTML code for styling and formatting the content. This is ideal if you want to include visual elements such as colors, fonts, or button-style links.
* **Text Version:** Adds the footer in plain text format (txt). This version includes the content without any formatting, suitable for simpler messages or recipients who prefer plain text emails.

After completing the footer configuration, click ‘Save and enable’ to activate the footer in email messages. This ensures that the footer will be automatically appended to all sent emails according to the settings you have specified.
