It is particularly useful for internal communication or key clients where message delivery is a top priority. {% hint style="info" %} **Note!** The Customer Support team may reject adding addresses or domains to the whitelist if: * They are used for spam purposes. * They belong to publicly available domains, such as wp.pl, onet.pl, gmail.com. * There are legal or formal obstacles preventing their acceptance. * They are on the blacklist marked as “unsubscribe.” This control ensures that the Whitelist helps maintain the quality of sends, preventing deliverability issues while staying compliant with anti-spam policies. {% endhint %}
