# Whitelist Report

'The Whitelist' is a tool that enables the delivery of messages to selected recipients by bypassing the internal blacklist within the panel. It is particularly useful for internal communication or key clients where message delivery is a top priority.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note!** The Customer Support team may reject adding addresses or domains to the whitelist if:

* They are used for spam purposes.
* They belong to publicly available domains, such as wp.pl, onet.pl, gmail.com.
* There are legal or formal obstacles preventing their acceptance.
* They are on the blacklist marked as “unsubscribe.”

This control ensures that the Whitelist helps maintain the quality of sends, preventing deliverability issues while staying compliant with anti-spam policies.
