# Data Availability

**Campaign Reports**\
Email campaign reports are stored for a period corresponding to the terms of your purchased plan, e.g., 3 months. If you need to extend access to the data, please contact the sales department.

**Undelivered Messages**\
Information about addresses where messages could not be delivered is retained for 10 days from the date of sending.

**Email Message Billing**\
Billing data for email messages is available for 40 days from the date of sending. The billing includes:

* **Recipient Email Address** – the address to which the message was sent.
* **Message Send Date** – the exact time the message was sent.
* **Message Status** – information on whether the message was delivered or errors occurred (e.g., Softbounce, Hardbounce).
