# Tools

Enable advanced recipient data management and campaign optimization. Available operations include:

* **Exporting Contacts** who opened or clicked the email, as well as undelivered emails with reasons for non-delivery.
* **Creating Groups** based on activity – easily segment users, such as those who did not open the email.
* **Archiving Non-Existent Contacts** – prevents sending attempts to inaccessible addresses, maintaining high campaign quality.
