# Adding Rows

Rows are the foundation of the message structure. To begin:

* Go to the **Rows** tab in the editor.
* Select a row layout, such as a single column, two columns, or a more complex structure.

* Drag the selected row into the workspace, where it will serve as a container for content elements.
