# Finalizing Your Work: Preview, Save, and Send

After you have finished designing and optimizing your email, proceed to the final steps.

### **Preview**

Before you save or send the campaign, it's essential to check its final appearance.

**Use the "Preview" button** to see how the message will look to the recipient without the editor's interface. You can switch the view between **Desktop** and **Mobile**.

Saved templates can also be downloaded to your computer as an HTML file. To do this, go to the "Your Templates" tab and click the "Download" option.

### **Launching the Campaign**

Once the design is ready, click **Next** to proceed to the summary section, where you can:

* Send a test email to check how it looks to the recipient.
* Schedule the campaign by setting the date and time for sending or send the email immediately.
