First steps
Starting work with the EmailLabs platform requires the initial configuration of your sending environment. The following guide will take you through all the stages: from account creation and verification, through tests on the sandbox domain, to the authorization of your own sending domain and unlocking production sends.
Registration and account activation
The account creation process consists of several stages:
Registration form: Provide your email address, login, and password (minimum 12 characters, including an uppercase and lowercase letter, a number, and a special character) and accept the terms and conditions.

Email activation: Click the activation button in the message sent to your address. You cannot proceed without completing this step.
Phone number verification: A mandatory registration step. Enter the code from the SMS message. This step automatically activates two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
Survey (3 steps): Fill in your company details (including Tax ID and website address), indicate the services you are interested in (E-mail, SMS, Mobile Push), and specify the size and source of your contact database.
Confirmation screen: The account is sent for verification by the EmailLabs team. You can log into the panel even before the full activation of sends, allowing you to explore its features right away.
Sandbox domain
After successful account verification, the system automatically assigns a sandbox domain. It allows for immediate testing of the integration via API or SMTP without the need to configure your own DNS records.
The sandbox domain is exclusively for testing and does not serve to evaluate production deliverability. Upon switching to a paid plan, it is replaced by your own sending domain.
Account security
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is activated automatically during phone number verification at the registration stage. At any time, you can expand it with an authenticator application (for example, Google Authenticator) or a physical security key.
GDPR agreement
If you process the personal data of your recipients, sign a data processing agreement with us. You can initiate this process directly from the panel level.
API keys
To integrate your system with EmailLabs, generate an API key. The system allows creating dedicated keys for different environments and assigning them precise permissions. After generating the key, you can immediately call the test endpoint on the assigned sandbox domain.
SMTP account configuration
Integration via SMTP is intended for systems that do not support a direct connection via API, such as legacy systems and e-commerce platforms. The configuration requires setting an SMTP password. You can test the connection on the sandbox domain.
Unlocking production sending
To launch production sends, complete two steps:
Select a plan: Go to the pricing page and choose a plan tailored to your needs.
Authorize the sending domain: Add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to your DNS settings. Authorization is required to build sender reputation and ensure high deliverability.
