# SALESmanago

## EmailLabs SMS Integration with SALESmanago <a href="#docs-internal-guid-479cec15-7fff-0636-3c7b-6dce599a95cc" id="docs-internal-guid-479cec15-7fff-0636-3c7b-6dce599a95cc"></a>

By integrating SALESmanago with [MessageFlow](https://messageflow.com/), EmailLabs users can leverage advanced SMS sending capabilities within their Marketing Automation system. This integration allows you to send personalized marketing, service, and transactional SMS messages using our technology directly from the SALESmanago platform.

### Obtaining API Keys from the EmailLabs Panel

1. Log in to your EmailLabs account.
2. Generate API Keys:
   * In the menu, go to **Account -> Settings**.
   * Navigate to the **API** section and create a new API key.
   * Make sure to select the appropriate permissions for SMS sending.
   * Save the generated **Application-Key** and **Authorization**.

### **Configuration in the SALESmanago Panel**

1. Log in to your SALESmanago account.
2. From the left-hand menu, go to: **Channels -> Mobile Marketing -> Integrations**.

3. Click **+ Add provider**.

4. Select MessageFlow from the list of providers.

### **Fill in Integration Details**

In the configuration form, complete the following fields:

* **Integration name** – any name for identification, e.g., EmailLabs SMS.
* **Sender name** – the name that will appear as the SMS sender (must be pre-approved in the EmailLabs panel).
* **Application Key** – enter the key from your EmailLabs panel.
* **App SID** – enter the Authorization Key from your EmailLabs panel.
* **Default prefix** – leave this field empty (for phone numbers shorter than 12 digits and without country code).

**Optional settings (you may enable them as needed):**

* **Allow diacritical characters**
* **Shorten links in messages**

After completing the form, click **Save and activate**.

### **Testing the Integration**

1. In the Integrations section, locate your new configuration and click **Test SMS**.

3. Enter a phone number from your contact base.
4. Type the test message content.

5. Click **Send**.

After completing these steps, your EmailLabs (via MessageFlow) integration with SALESmanago will be complete.
