# eFitness

## Integration of the eFitness system with SMTP EmailLabs <a href="#docs-internal-guid-1354f4bb-7fff-f87c-44d1-50cc8790c274" id="docs-internal-guid-1354f4bb-7fff-f87c-44d1-50cc8790c274"></a>

The eFitness system is dedicated software for efficient fitness club management. It enables integration with external email messaging infrastructure, which allows for increased efficiency in message delivery.

### Finding SMTP data in EmailLabs

The data needed for integration via SMTP can be found in the EmailLabs panel in the section: **Email API -> Settings - SMTP Accounts**.

#### Logging into the eFitness panel

Log in to the administrative panel of the eFitness system. Go to **Ustawienia klubu** (Club Settings) -> **Konfiguracja** (Configuration) -> **Powiadomienia** (Notifications).

#### Entering SMTP data&#x20;

1. In the notification configuration section, find the forms for SMTP server settings:&#x20;

   * **Form on the right side** – SMTP configuration for mass mailing.&#x20;
   * **Form on the left side** – SMTP configuration for main sender.

2\. Fill in the form fields:&#x20;

* **Adres serwera SMTP**: `smtp.emaillabs.net.pl` (SMTP server address)
* **Login**: Enter your EmailLabs SMTP account name in the format `1.youraccountname.smtp`.
* **Hasło**: The SMTP password set in the EmailLabs panel (Password).
* **Szyfrowanie**: Switch the "**Wymagaj bezpiecznego połączenia (Szyfrowanie SSL)**" (Require secure connection (SSL Encryption)) toggle on.

Note! The default port for SMTP EmailLabs is 465, there is no need to add it to the server address.

Click the **Zapisz** (Save) button to save the settings.

#### Testing the configuration

* After saving the settings, perform a test email send to ensure that the integration works correctly.&#x20;
* If the message isn't sent, go to **Raporty** (Reports) -> **Komunikaty** (Messages) -> **E-maile** (Emails) in the eFitness panel.
* Find the message with the error and click the plus symbol (+) to see the error code and additional information.&#x20;

After successful configuration, the eFitness system will use the EmailLabs infrastructure to send emails, which will ensure better deliverability and communication effectiveness.
