# IdoSell

## Integration of IdoSell with SMTP EmailLabs <a href="#docs-internal-guid-29a03938-7fff-46e5-60b9-5d629fabcfe4" id="docs-internal-guid-29a03938-7fff-46e5-60b9-5d629fabcfe4"></a>

IdoSell is a comprehensive e-commerce platform that enables the creation and management of online stores and various forms of online sales. Additionally, the service allows integration with external email message delivery infrastructure, contributing to improved deliverability efficiency.

To maintain the reputation of your email deliveries and avoid message categorization issues, it's advisable to leverage a professional cloud SMTP server offered by EmailLabs. This solution enables the effective achievement of high deliverability and safeguards the good reputation of your email messages. Furthermore, you will find integration instructions that will help you configure the service in a straightforward and effective manner.

### Finding SMTP data in EmailLabs

The data needed for integration via SMTP can be found in the EmailLabs panel in the section: **Email API -> Settings -> SMTP Accounts**.

### Logging into the IdoSell panel

Log in to the administrative panel of the IdoSell system. Go to **Administration -> System -> Configuration of email and SMS accounts**.

### **Adding a new email account**

In the **Configuration of email and SMS accounts** menu, find the domain you want to configure SMTP settings for and click the **Select** option right next to it.

Then select **+ Add new e-mail address**.

### **Entering SMTP data**

Fill in the SMTP configuration form by entering the following data:

* **Sender name:** Enter the name that will be displayed as the message sender.
* **Sender’s email:** Enter the email address from which the messages will be sent.&#x20;
* **Account type:** Select "sent from other mail server with SMTP protocol".&#x20;
* **SMTP server address:** `smtp.emaillabs.net.pl`.&#x20;
* **Port:** Select custom port - 465 with SSL or 587 with STARTTLS.&#x20;
* **Encrypted connection:** Select "SSL" or "STARTTLS".
* **Login:** Enter your SMTP account name in EmailLabs in the format `1.youraccountname.smtp`.&#x20;
* **Password:** SMTP password set in the EmailLabs panel.

### Saving and testing the configuration

After filling in all the data, click the **Add** button to save the settings. Perform a test email send to ensure that the integration works correctly. If the message is not sent, check the error logs in the IdoSell and EmailLabs panel.
