# Positive User (User.com)

Positive User is a comprehensive marketing automation and customer relationship management tool. The platform enables integration with external SMTP servers, which allows for reliable email delivery.

### Finding SMTP data in EmailLabs

The data needed for integration via SMTP can be found in the EmailLabs panel in the section: **Email API -> Settings -> SMTP Accounts**.

### Logging into Positive User&#x20;

Log in to your account on the Positive User platform. Make sure you have enabled the connection to third-party services.

### **Go to SMTP settings**

Go to Settings > SMTP settings. Click Create SMTP+ to start configuring a new SMTP server.

### Entering SMTP data

Fill out the form according to the following data:&#x20;

* **SMTP Server:** `smtp.emaillabs.net.pl`
* **User:** Enter your SMTP account name in EmailLabs in the format `1.accountname.smtp`.&#x20;
* **Password:** SMTP password set in the EmailLabs panel.
* **Email address:** Email address to be used for sending messages.&#x20;
* **Reply to address:** Email address to which replies are forwarded.&#x20;
* **Sender Name:** Sender name of the message.&#x20;
* **Port number:** Use 587 with TLS encryption. Use 465 with SSL encryption.&#x20;
  * **SSL:** enable when port 465 is selected.&#x20;
  * **TLS:** enable when port 587 is selected.

After entering all the data, click **Save** to save the settings.&#x20;

### **Testing the configuration**&#x20;

Perform a test email send to ensure that the integration works correctly. In case of problems, check the send logs in the User.com and EmailLabs panels to find the cause of the errors.&#x20;

After successful configuration the User.com system will use the EmailLabs infrastructure to send emails, which will ensure better deliverability and communication effectiveness.
