# SALESmanago

## Integration of the SALESmanago system with SMTP EmailLabs <a href="#docs-internal-guid-a2d5f6bf-7fff-3e9e-f5ce-f1fc95d6c6c0" id="docs-internal-guid-a2d5f6bf-7fff-3e9e-f5ce-f1fc95d6c6c0"></a>

SALESmanago is an advanced marketing automation (Marketing Automation) and customer relationship management (CRM) tool. It enables comprehensive marketing activities, including communication personalization, process automation, and customer interaction monitoring. SALESmanago integration with EmailLabs improves the deliverability of emails sent as part of marketing activities. Below are the steps necessary to complete the integration.

### Finding SMTP data in EmailLabs

The data needed for integration via SMTP can be found in the EmailLabs panel in the section: **Email API -> Settings -> SMTP Accounts**.

### Logging into the SALESmanago panel&#x20;

1. Log into your SALESmanago account.
2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to:\
   **Channels -> E-mail Marketing -> Settings -> Sender Accounts**

3. Click **Add new account**.
4. Select **External (SMTP) account** and click **Next**.

### **Enter SMTP Account Details**

Fill out the email account configuration form:

* **Internal name:** Any name to help identify the account (e.g., EmailLabs SMTP).
* **E-mail address:** The address from which emails will be sent.
* **Display name:** The sender name displayed in the recipient's inbox.
* **Reply-to address (optional):** The email address where replies will be sent.
* **Reply-to display name:** The name shown in the “Reply-to” field.

**Connection settings:**

* **SMTP Host:** `smtp.emaillabs.net.pl`
* **SMTP Port:**
  * 587 for TLS (recommended)
  * 465 for SSL
* **SMTP User:** In the format `1.accountname.smtp`
* **SMTP Password:** The SMTP password generated in the EmailLabs panel

**Additional settings:**

* **Requires authentication**
* **TLS** – check this option if using port 587
* **SSL** – check this option if using port 465

### **Testing and Saving the Configuration**

* Click **Test connection** to verify that the settings are correct and the connection works.
* Once the test is successful, click **Create** to save the configuration.

Note! When sending via an external SMTP server in SALESmanago, there is a limit of 1000 recipients. If you want to remove this limit, contact SALESmanago customer service at: <support@salesmanago.com>.&#x20;

After successful configuration, SALESmanago will use the EmailLabs infrastructure to send emails, which will ensure better deliverability and communication effectiveness.
