# Managing Login Password

A strong and unique password for your EmailLabs account is the first and primary line of defense. Regularly changing your password and adhering to complex password creation rules significantly increases the security level.

* **Changing your password:** You can change your password in the panel by navigating to the **Account -> Users** section, selecting your user, and choosing the **Edit** option.
* **Resetting your password:** If you forget your password, a secure password reset procedure is available.
