# Tools

The **Tools** tab includes features that support managing SMS campaign results.

Available operations include:

* **Contacts Who Clicked the Message**\
  Identify recipients who clicked the link in the message.
  * **Export:** Download a list of contacts who clicked.
  * **+ Create Group:** Create a new recipient group consisting of individuals who clicked the link. Based on this group, you can:
    * Send them another message.
    * Tailor your offer to their needs.
* **Archive Non-Existent Contacts**
  * **Archive:** Remove inactive or non-existent contacts from your database. This helps maintain an up-to-date and clean contact list.

    **Additional Information:**

    * Addresses that have been moved to the archive due to errors (SMS\_ERROR status) are automatically excluded from future sendings.
    * These addresses will also not be accepted when importing new contacts.
* **Export Non-Delivered Messages**
  * **Export:** Generate a list of contacts whose messages were not delivered.
* **Export CSV Report**
  * **Export:** Download a CSV file summarizing the campaign. While exporting, you can select which columns to include in the report, allowing you to tailor it to your analytical needs.<br>
