Incoming Messages

1. Navigate to SMS -> SMS Campaigns -> Incoming.

2. Use the search tool to find specific messages using the following criteria:

   • Select Range: Search messages by date.

   • Phone Number: Enter the sender's phone number.

   • 2-way SMS Header: Choose the header assigned to the two-way communication number.
