# Managing The Roles

**Administrator:** This allows you to make a user the account’s administrator. An administrator has access to all functionalities in the analytical panel, including the Administrator tab.

When the **“Administrator”** option is checked off, you can define the following accesses for your user:

* **Blacklist access:** Here, you can choose if the user is going to have access to the Black list.
* **Settlements access:** Allows the user to have access to settlement records.
* **VPS Managing:** This option allows you to give the user access to selected SMTP subaccounts. Check this option to manage rights for particular subaccounts.

{% hint style="info" %}
Important! For the user to be able to manage the Black list created for a certain subaccount, it is necessary to select this subaccount in the “VPS Managing” section.
{% endhint %}

**⬅️ Detailed instructions for each panel section under the "Users" tab can be found in the drop-down menu on the left.**
