How to get started with EmailLabs?

How do I log in to my account?

To log in to your account, go to the login page and enter your account name in the login field and created password.

If you don't remember your password, use the password reset option. After accesing the page, enter the email address associated with your account and its name.

How do I change my login credentials?

In the EmailLabs panel, the account name used as the login cannot be changed. However, you can change the password by logging into the panel and navigating to 'Administrator' -> 'My profile'. It may take up to 15 minutes for the password change to propagate.

Where can I find my invoices in the EmailLabs panel?

EmailLabs invoices are generated by the 10th of each month and sent to users via email. If you haven't received your invoice by mentioned date, please contact our Support Team at support@emaillabs.pl.

I would like to receive a duplicat invoice. It is possible?

To receive a duplicat invoice, please contact us at support@emaillabs.io. This will ensure that your request is directed to the appropriate department, which will provide you with the necessary information.

How do I change the password for the Analytics Panel?

To change the password for the Analytics Panel, go to the “Administrator” tab, then select “My Profile.”

How to change the password for SMTP integration?

To change the password for SMTP integration, go to the “SMTP Accounts” tab -> “Active Accounts” -> click the pencil icon in the “Actions” column.

Can I use EmailLabs if I don’t have a registered business?

The EmailLabs service is intended for officially registered businesses. For security reasons, we cannot allow private individuals to send emails through our platform.

Can i change the company name assigned to my account?

Yes, you can edit all the data you entered during registration in the panel, with the exception of the VAT number. This can only be changed by Customer Support. If you wish to change your VAT number please write to support@emaillabs.io.

How do I change the VAT number in the EmailLabs panel?

To change your VAT number, please send a message to our Customer Service at support@emaillabs.io using the email address added as administrator in the EmailLabs panel. Upon receiving your request, our Support Team will update the system with the new information.

Can I upgrade to a higher plan?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. To do so, please contact the Sales Department at sales@emaillabs.io.

Can I downgrade to a lower plan?

Yes, you can downgrade to a lower package. To do so, please contact the Sales Department at sales@emaillabs.io.

Please note that a one-month notice period applies in this case.

For the Enterprise Plan, please contact your Business Manager directly.

Can I cancel the service at any time?

Yes, you can cancel the service at any time. However, a one-month notice period applies, and charges will cease from the next billing period.

What is the notice period?

Paid packages are activated for an indefinite period, but you can cancel additional functionalities at any time. To do so, send a request to sales@emaillabs.io. A one-month notice period applies, taking effect at the end of the following calendar month.

How do I delete my account?

For account using free Startup plan. please send email request to support@emaillabs.io to delete your account. The email should be sent from the email address connected with the account (administrator's email). Upon receiving your request, our Customer Support Team will process the account deletion and send you a confirmation email once the process is complete.

If you are using a paid plan, please contact our Sales Team at sales@emaillabs.io to discuss the details of your account termination.

Can I create multiple user accounts with separate logins and passwords?

Yes, in EmailLabs, you can create multiple user accounts and assign them individual logins and passwords. Additionally, the administrator can grant specific permissions to each user, such as access to statistics while restricting access to application settings.

Note! The option to create multiple accounts is available from the PRO plan.

How can I create a second SMTP subaccount within a single EmailLabs account?

A standard account in EmailLabs includes one SMTP server (subaccount), which can have either a shared or dedicated IP address depending on the chosen package.

If you want to create an additional subaccount, please contact the Sales Department at sales@emaillabs.io.

Is it possible to restrict access to the EmailLabs panel for specific IP addresses?

Yes, you can restric access for specific IP addresses. This option is avaliable under 'Administrator' -> 'General Settings' -> 'Access to the panel for specified IP'. Enabling this option will prevent login attempts from IP addresses not specified in our panel.

Is it possible to restrict API access for specific IP addresses?

Yes, you can restrict API access for the specific IP addresses. This option is available under 'Administrator' -> 'General Settings' -> 'Access to API for specified IP'.

Enabling this option will prevent API access from IP adressess not specified in our panel.
