# Softbounce

This status signals that your email was temporarily stopped from being received. It may be caused by the mailbox being full (over quota), the recipient server being inactive, or your message being too big.

Sotfbounce status informs us that the sending server connected to the recipient server, but the latter could not receive the message at the time. This server response does not cause your recipient’s email address to be placed on the internal Blacklist. Our system will not try to resend it automatically. If you wish to deliver this kind of message, it must be resent by yourself.

**⬅️ Detailed information on each status can be found in the drop-down menu on the left.**
