Log in to the SOTE’s backend panel.
Go to the section: 'Applications'→ 'Mail'.
Next, from the left-hand menu, select the 'Mail servers' tab and click 'Add'.
Fill in the form fields with the following data:
Name: Enter any name, e.g., "EmailLabs."
SMTP server address: smtp.emaillabs.net.pl
Use encrypted connection: Select TLS.
Port: Enter 587.
Click the 'Save and add' button.
Return to the 'Mail servers' tab - the newly added EmailLabs server will appear on the list.
Go to the Mail → Email accounts tab. Click Add and enter the data received from EmailLabs:
Mail server: Select the EmailLabs server configured in the previous step.
Account address: The email address from which messages will be sent. Note that it must be authorized for sending in the EmailLabs panel.
Name: Enter the sender's name (e.g., your company name).
SMTP server address: smtp.emaillabs.net.pl
Username: Provide your SMTP account name in EmailLabs in the format 1.accountname.smtp.
Password: Use the password you set in the 'SMTP accounts' tab > 'Active accounts' > 'Actions' > 'Change password'.
Specify whether this email address should be the default or used for sending newsletters.
Click 'Save and add'.
After saving the data, a window with the message 'New device detected' may appear.
Here, you need to enter a six-digit code that will be sent to the email address of the SOTE account administrator.
At this stage, the verification code email should be sent from the EmailLabs servers using the email account configured in the previous steps.
The appearance of this message in the EmailLabs panel indicates proper mail configuration.
After entering the confirmation code, the integration process will be completed, and the mailbox will appear on the Email accounts list in your backend panel.
After following the above steps, the EmailLabs SMTP server will be configured in the SOTE system, allowing for secure and efficient email delivery from your online store.
