# Feedback

Feedback is another name for the Spam\_complaint status. It means that the recipient marked the message as spam or reported abuse. EmailLabs gathers this data from ESPs such as Yahoo, Hotmail, WP, o2 or AOL.

You can find the number of received feedback statuses in the Feedback loop report that is available from PRO and higher-paid plan

You can find more information here:

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>📈 <strong>Raport Feedback Loop</strong></td><td>Basic information regarding the abuse report can be found in the chart just after logging into the EmailLabs panel.</td><td><a href="/pages/l7AOecEyEncpoRZ6kJy1">MORE >></a></td></tr></tbody></table>

**⬅️ Detailed information on each status can be found in the drop-down menu on the left.**
