What is EmailLabs?
EmailLabs is a service that provides outgoing mail servers to support email delivery from various applications, e-commerce systems, content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing automation platforms. If you have a mailing system, you can integrate it with the EmailLabs infrastructure.
Our Email RESTful API and Cloud SMTP are built for efficient email sending and monitoring. The SMTP configuration process is simple and can be completed in 5 minutes. API integration requires coding skills, so if you have questions regarding our API documentation, don't hesitate to contact us.
A significant part of our infrastructure allows you to build your sender reputation thanks to dedicated transactional and marketing servers. We strongly emphasize best practices for our senders and provide support in optimizing deliverability. Email delivery via EmailLabs is standardized and, by default, encrypted using TLS. We take care of email authentication, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup. We help customers achieve the desired throughput by determining the number of emails sent in a given time frame.
EmailLabs' analytics dashboard offers features for tracking sent messages, monitoring their effectiveness, and analyzing recipient behavior. This gives you better insight into which content and campaigns yield the best results, allowing you to tailor your communication strategy to your audience's preferences and needs.
The dashboard presents very detailed email statuses, and all data is unique and provided in real-time. In addition, you'll find emails logs that serve as essential pieces of evidence. With an email address, you can check what happened to an individual message, whether it reached the recipient's server, and if and when it was opened and clicked. The dashboard stores only the necessary data, including the sender's email address, the recipient's email address and the message subject.
