Authorizing the Domain Hosted by cyber_Folks

  1. Log in to the Customer Panel on the cyber_Folks service.

  2. Next, click on the "Domains" option to view active domains.

  3. Choose the domain in which the sending domain is to be configured.

  4. Select the "Manage" option from the drop-down menu on the right.

  5. In the "Name" field, enter the domain with selektor._domainkey.yourdomain.com. Remember to end the value entered in this field with a dot.

  6. Select the record type as "CNAME."

  7. In the "Content" field, enter the appropriate value generated in the EmailLabs panel.

  8. Click 'Add' to update the information.

  9. Wait for the DNS system to approve the changes. Depending on DNS record propagation, this may take a few minutes or up to 24 hours.

  10. Wait for the changes to be approved by the DNS system. Depending on the system’s TTL, it may take a few minutes or hours. You can check the DKIM configuration status by clicking the “Check” button in the EmailLabs panel. If it changes to "accepted", the authorization was correctly completed.
