Integration Steps
Sign into your Joomla! dashboard.
Go to "System" in the top section of the clientโs panel and then select "Global configuration."
Select the โServerโ tab in the side menu.
Proceed to fill in the following fields in the โMail Settingsโ section:
Send mail: select โYesโ.
Disable Mass Mail: select โNoโ.
From Email: enter the "from" email address that will be used to send your messages.
From Name: enter your senderโs name.
Reply to Email: choose the email address to which your clients can respond.
Reply to Name: choose the name shown in the โReply-toโ field.
Mailer: select "SMTP".
SMTP host: enter the SMTP host address provided by EmailLabs.
SMTP port: enter one of the suggested SMTP ports โ 587 or 465.
SMTP Security: select "TLS" with port 587 or "SSL" with port 465.
SMTP Authentication: select โYesโ.
SMTP Username: enter your SMTP account name in this particular format:
1.youraccountname.smtp
SMTP Password: use the password you set in the SMTP accounts tab > Active accounts > Actions > Change password.
Click the โSaveโ button in the left top corner of the page to approve the new settings.
After saving the integration settings, try sending a test message to ensure the integration works correctly.
