Integration Steps

1. Sign into your Shoper dashboard.

2. Go to Ustawienia > Ogólne > Adres email.

3. Open the "Wysyłaj maile używając" drop-down menu and check "Inne konto SMTP".

4. Enter the details you received from EmailLabs in the welcome email:

   • Adres email: enter the From email address that will be used to send your messages.

   • Adres serwera SMTP: enter the SMTP host address provided by EmailLabs.

   • Użytkownik: enter your SMTP account name in this format: 1.youraccountname.smtp.

   • Hasło: use the password you set in the SMTP accounts tab > Active accounts > Actions > Change password.

   • Port: enter one of the suggested SMTP ports – 587 or 465.

   • Użyj połączenia szyfrowanego: select "TLS" with port 587 or "SSL" with port 465.

     
5. After entering the data, click the 'zapisz i wyślij email testowy' button to save the configuration. Performing a test email send will help ensure the integration works correctly.
