Completing Company Data

  1. Go to the Administrator > My Profile.

  2. You will find three sections there:

    • Update User,

    • Update company data,

    • Change password.

  3. In the Update User section, you will see the account administrator's data you provided during registration. You can also decide here whether you want to receive a weekly email report on sendings and, for the Essential Plan, disable SMS notifications about the monthly usage limit.

  4. Go to Update company data section.

  5. Complete the fields regarding the Company Name, VAT/ Tax Number, street, city, zip code, website address, and the email address to which the invoice should be sent.

  6. Confirm the changes by clicking "Save."

Within 1 business day, our employee will contact you to perform the full account activation and increase the daily sending limit.
