# GDPR Agreement

{% hint style="info" %}
If you're communicating with individuals outside the European Union, please remember that the responsibility for securing their personal data falls on you as the sender, as per the local regulations. If you wish to sign an addendum to the agreement, specifically securing the data of non-EU citizens, kindly [reach out to us](mailto:support@emaillabs.io), and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
{% endhint %}

Your commitment to the GDPR agreement is vital as it safeguards the privacy and security of the personal data of EU citizens, which is a top priority for us. To make the process more convenient for you, we are currently developing an electronic form for our customers. \
\
This form will be accessed soon through the EmailLabs panel under ***Administrator > GDPR***.\
\
In addition, in the EmailLabs Panel, you can find a PDF file with **the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).** You can simply print it out, sign it, and send it back to us as a scanned document.

**Below you can find detailed steps and an article to answer all your questions:**
