This status primarily occurs when an email address previously had a Hard bounce status and is listed on the internal Blacklist in the EmailLabs panel. It may also arise in other scenarios, such as:
The email address was flagged as spam_complaint, indicating the recipient reported the email as spam.
The email address was marked as abuse, pointing to reports of misuse related to email sending.
The email address received the other designation, covering miscellaneous categories of problematic addresses not included in standard classifications.
The email address was unsubscribed, meaning the user opted out of receiving further messages.
The email address was identified as a spam trap, suggesting it was intentionally used to detect unsolicited mailing activities.
Additionally, this status may occur if the daily or monthly sending limits specified in the subscribed package are exceeded.
