This section of the panel gives you access to information about all e-mail messages sent by you.

Search

Enables logs search through according to the following criteria:

Parameter Description
From/to Enter a time period from which the messages will be displayed.
E-mail address Enables display of messages sent to a selected receiver.
Message ID Enables search of a given message using its ID.

List

It is a list of your messages. Information on what each column represents below:

Creation time Time of receiver’s sever feedback message receival by the system. 2014-11-13 15:15:10

Actions Enables users to examine detailed information about a message. Click “more” in order to receive access to additional information.

After “more” button is clicked user receives access to the following information:

Subject Subject of your message Thank you for registration.

Status Information about your message status. ok, hardbounce, softbounce, dropped, spambounce
Status details Feedback information from EmailLabs server or incoming mail server. In blacklist
Tags Tags list, which were assigned to a message by user. registration, invoices, etc.
Open Information indicating whether a message was open (open tracking). Yes, No

Click Information indicating whether a link placed in a message was clicked (link tracking). Yes, No
Click time Information when a link placed in a message was clicked. 2014-11-13 15:15:10
